Pasta casserole with vegetables and ham

You look at the ingredients every time and think, why is it so good?! Well, it's really good! Pasta, slices of tender roasted zucchini, juicy tomatoes, flavorful bacon or ham, all in a creamy sauce with paprika and garlic under a ruddy melted mozzarella...

No one will leave without a refill!

Ingredients

250 g of pasta (dry weight) - pasta, bowls or spirals,

400 g zucchini,

400 g chopped tomatoes,

200 g ham or bacon,

400 ml of 10-20% cream,

300 g unpeeled mozzarella,

2 cloves garlic,

2 tsp. paprika,

1/2 tsp. salt,

1/2 tsp. black pepper,

1 tablespoon olive oil.

Process of cooking: casserole.

Make sauce. Mix cream with salt, two kinds of pepper and garlic. Leave to infuse.

Cook pasta in salted water.

Cut ham / bacon into thin slices about 1 cm wide. If you use bacon, fry it and put on a paper towel to absorb excess fat. The ham doesn't need to be cooked in any way.

Cut the zucchini into 0.5 cm slices. Fry until soft and crispy.

Mix the pasta, vegetables and ham with the aromatic cream. Put in a baking dish and sprinkle with finely grated mozzarella.

Bake at 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and browns.

Casserole is ready. You can sprinkle it with fresh greens. Go ahead. Bon appetit!
