Ingredients (for 3 servings)
Spaghetti - 150 g
Shrimps (raw) - 300 g
Parmesan cheese (or any hard cheese) - 30-40 g
Cream 20% fat - 180 ml
Dry white wine - 30 ml
Butter - 30 g
Onions - 40 g (0.5 pcs.)
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Ground paprika - 1 tsp.
Fresh parsley - 3-4 sprigs
Prepare all the ingredients. Instead of Parmesan you can use any hard cheese. Wash and clean the shrimp. Add salt, pepper and half of the paprika. Mix well and leave for 10 minutes. Put a pan with water (1-1.5 l) on the heat.
Melt half the butter in a frying pan and add the prawns. Cook for 2 minutes on each side. In the meantime, peel the onion, wash and cut it into small cubes. Peel the garlic and squeeze it through the press. Place the fried prawns on a plate. Put the remaining butter and onion into the pan in which the prawns were cooked. Saute the onion for 2 to 3 minutes. Salt boiling water. Put in the spaghetti and cook according to the instructions on the package. I boiled it for 8 minutes after boiling. Then strain the spaghetti in a colander. Add the garlic to the onion in the pan and fry for a minute. Pour in the wine and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour the cream into the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Grate the Parmesan on a fine grater. Add half of the grated Parmesan to the pan. Season with salt and pepper and add the remaining paprika. Stir thoroughly and heat the contents of the pan without boiling for 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the spaghetti and prawns to the sauce. Stir everything together. The shrimp pasta with creamy garlic sauce is ready. Rinse the parsley, shake and chop. Spread the pasta with shrimp on plates, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, chopped parsley and black pepper.
Bon appetit!
