 RICE – 1 CUP (SOAKED FOR 2 HOURS), RICE – 1 CUP (SOAKED FOR 2 HOURS)

 POTATO (MEDIUM) – 2, BOILED

 DAHI / CURD – ¼ CUP, Curd / Yogurt – ¼ cup

 CURRY LEAF – 5 TO 7 LEAVES

 GINGER – 1 INCH

 GREEN CHILLI – 2 ,FINELY CHOPPED

 SALT – ½ TSP, Salt – ½ tsp

 CORIANDER LEAVES – ½ CUP, Coriander leaves – ½ cup

 ENO FRUIT SALT – ½ TSP, Eno Fruit Salt – ½ tsp

 for sauce

 

 EDIBLE OIL – 1 + 1 TABLESPOON, EDIBLE OIL – 1 + 1 Tbsp

 CUMIN SEEDS – ½ TSP, Cumin – ½ tsp

 URAD DAL – ½ TSP, Urad Dal – ½ tsp

 GARLIC – 7 TO 8 CLOVES, Garlic – 7 to 8 buds

 GREEN CHILLI – 2, ROUGHLY CHOPPED

 GINGER – 1 INCH

 CURRY LEAF - 7 TO 8 LEAVES

 ROASTED CHANA DAL – 2 TABLESPOON, Roasted Chana Dal – 2 tbsp
