To make the penguin appetizer, peel and slice carrots into circles and triangles.
Slice lengthwise the large black olives.
Place a small ball of mozzarella cheese inside them.
Stab a small size olive on a skewer, attach the large one with the cheese and carrots.
Insert a triangle of carrots into the small olive in the shape of a penguin nose.
Place the appetizer on a white platter.
