Ingredients
Batter:
Water - 200 ml
Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Sugar - 1,5 tsp.
Dry yeast - 1,5 tsp.
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons.
Wheat flour - 350-400 gr
Filling:
Melted cheese - 2 pcs. (75 gr each)
Boiled sausage - 200 gr
Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
Tomato - 1 pc.
Canned corn - 4 tbsp.
Salt, Italian herbs - to taste
Ketchup, mayonnaise - as desired
I got 2 pizzas
To prepare the pizza with melted cheese and sausage, prepare the necessary ingredients from the list.
The first thing we do is the dough. Pour water into a deep bowl and heat until warm (no higher than 40 degrees). Then dissolve granulated sugar in it and add dry yeast. Stir it and leave the brew for 10 minutes, covering the bowl with a kitchen towel. During this time the yeast will "come to life" and a foamy "cap" will appear on the surface of the liquid.
Add vegetable oil and salt to the stew. Stir it.
Then add sifted wheat flour. Do not add it all at once, but in small portions, each time stirring well. Considering that everyone's flour is different, you may need a little more or less than specified in the list of products.
We knead a soft elastic dough, not sticky to your hands. We'll round it up and put it in a deep bowl greased with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Cover with a towel or cling film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Meanwhile let's prepare the stuffing. We thoroughly wash the eggs with a soda solution, rinse them and pour clean water. Bring the liquid to the boil and boil it for 10 minutes, then put them in cold water and let them cool down completely. After that, clean the chicken eggs and cut them into cubes. Sausage also cut into cubes, tomato - thin plates, and grate melted cheese.
When the dough has risen, rim it.
Divide it into two equal parts, about 300 grams each. For convenience, you can use a kitchen scale.
Each part of the dough roll out into a thin layer and put it on a baking tray lined with parchment. On the dough we will lay the prepared filling. If you like, you can first coat the dough with ketchup (tomato sauce) or mayonnaise and only then distribute the filling (I did not do this). I laid out the tomato slices, salted them a bit and sprinkled them with Italian herbs, and then the sausage, eggs and corn came in. On top of the toppings I evenly distributed melted cheese.
Let's send the pizza in the oven heated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Do not forget that the cooking time will depend directly on your oven, so be guided by its power and the color of baking. The edges of the pizza should become ruddy.
Ready pizza with melted cheese and sausage remove from the tray and serve warm, pre-cut into portions.
