To make a pizza with sausage and mushrooms, first make the dough according to this recipe. It is enough for 2 pizzas, the dough is about 600 grams. I divided the dough into 2 parts, one of which I used to make this pizza.
Dough for a pizza with milk
For the toppings, take semi-smoked sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, hard cheese. I made the sauce from delicate ketchup, mayonnaise, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper, by the way, this is very convenient when there is no time to boil and cool the real pizza sauce (for example, when the guests are already at the door). You can use any other sauce you like. Also take dried thyme and herbs to serve.
Roll out the dough and shape it into a circle or an oval. Transfer the dough to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Roll out the dough.
Brush dough with sauce, sprinkle with dried thyme.
Grease the dough with the sauce.
Spread thin slices of peeled mushrooms all over the dough with the sauce.
Mushrooms on the dough
Place thin slices of tomatoes on top of the mushrooms. Sprinkle the tomatoes with a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.
Layer the tomatoes
On top of the tomato layer, place thin rings of sausage.
Sausage layer for the pizza
Sprinkle the toppings with grated hard cheese.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven.
That's it - the pizza with sausage, mushrooms and tomatoes is ready. Sprinkle the pizza with herbs and start tasting it while it's still hot. This pizza is more than enough for two.
