Ingredients
Chicken egg - 3 Pieces
Apple - 2 Pieces
Cheese - 120 grams (any fat content)
Sour cream - 5 tablespoons (any fat)
Wheat flour - 140 grams
Sugar - 150 grams
Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon (to grease the molds)
Step by step instructions
1. Prepare the specified ingredients. Apples can be used of any kind. If the fruit is sour, then add sugar.
2. Beat the chicken eggs in the bowl of a mixer or food processor. Stir in the salt and sugar. Whisk everything for about 4-5 minutes into a lush foam on high speed.
3. Stir in the wheat flour and baking powder and mix gently, but do not whisk.
4. Crumble the cottage cheese with a fork so there are no large lumps in the batter. Pour the sour cream and sprinkle the cottage cheese into the dough. Gently knead to combine. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
5. Remove the seeds from the apples, cutting each fruit into four pieces. Then rinse and slice. Grease a mold with vegetable oil, pour the batter into it and lay the apple slices in it. Or place the apple slices in the bottom of the mold and pour the batter on top.
6. Bake the pie for about 25-30 minutes until brown. Check it is ready with a wooden skewer and turn off the heat.
7. Allow the cake to cool and remove it from the mold. Serve the pie warm or chilled.
