Mayonnaise - 4-5 tbsp.
Lemon - 0,5 t.
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Cooking: A piece of pork should be fried until tender and cooled.
Next, everything is made as simple as possible. Cut the cucumbers into julienne strips.
Do the same with the apples.
Shred the onion finely.
Mix everything, salt and pepper to taste, dress with mayonnaise and lemon juice. The salad is ready.
