It is necessary to rest at night. According to the expert, the main condition for maintaining vigor, not only of the spirit, but also of the body is the observance of the daily regime. That is, it is necessary to sleep at least 8 hours a day and not at any convenient time, namely at night.

- Sleep should be at a certain time of day. It has been noticed that if a person goes to bed before 10 p.m., then he gets enough sleep faster and his body recovers better. Nobody cancelled the biological clock, so if you go to bed at this time, serotonin and melatonin levels rise. It is from 10 pm to four or five in the morning - the best time to sleep, - said the doctor.

Those who, for whatever reason, do not manage to sleep at night (working in shifts or due to illness) should not be upset. The psychologist recommends in such a case not to plunge into unnecessary worries, but to try to save strength and energy during the day.
