Pumpkin pancakes: a delicious and healthy breakfast recipe


pumpkin - 300 grams;

milk - 1 cup;

flour - 250 gr;

2 eggs - 2 pcs;

sugar - 2 tbsp;

Butter - 40 g (can be replaced by vegetable oil - 2 tbsp;)

baking powder - 1.5 tsp;

salt - to taste.


How to Prepare:

Wash, peel and slice the pumpkin. Bake in the oven (about 25 minutes) or cook in the microwave. Mashed potato the pumpkin with a blender, says Povar.ru.

Melt the butter. Beat it with milk, eggs, salt and sugar.

Add flour, pumpkin and baking powder. Knead the dough.

Bake the pancakes in a dry pan until they are ready. Fry for 2 minutes on each side. Breakfast is ready.
