Grilled Chesse Toast with Chipotle sauce on a Tawa..
Ingredients:-
- Bread slices - 2
- Any Cheese slice - 1
- Crushed Pepper - Few pinch
- Chipotle Sauce - As needed to spread on the bread slice
- Salt - few pinch
- Butter / Ghee - As Needed
Process:-
- Place the pan on low heat and add butter to melt.
- Spread chipotle sauce on both slices of the bread.
- Place the cheese slice on on side.
- Drizzle pinch of salt to taste and crushed pepper powder as needed
- cover the slide and place it on the Tawa.
- Note:- Place a vessel filled with water on top of the toast so that the weight helps the cooking process and brown the bread.
- Repeat the same process once you flip the toast .
- After both sides are brown and crispy remove from heat and Enjoy.
This toast with a glass of juice or milk will help you or your kids to stay full for a longtime and kids love this buttery crispy toast without a doubt.
