For the dough:
1/2 tsp. salt,
1 cup kefir or 2 natural yogurts,
1 tsp. baking powder,
Flour (the dough must be as thick as sour cream) ~ 250 gr,
100 gr sugar, a little vanilla.
For the filling:
Packet of frozen cherries 450 gr,
I beat the butter with sugar, add the kefir, eggs, vanilla, baking powder and flour, mix everything thoroughly. I pour the batter into a greased form, put the not defrosted berries on top and sprinkle sugar on top. I send it to the oven heated to 200 degrees for about half an hour. Enjoy your tea!
