First, the potatoes need to be peeled and washed.
It is better to take small or medium sized potatoes.
If the potatoes are small, then put them in a regular tablespoon. I have potatoes of medium size, I took a bigger spoon. As shown in the video, make deep parallel cuts from top to bottom about 3 mm apart. The spoon will not let the potatoes cut all the way through.
In this way, make incisions at each tuber.
Transfer the potatoes to a baking dish or baking tray. Well grease with vegetable oil. It is better to grease the tubers not only on top, but also in the cuts.
Sprinkle salt on top. Spice it up.
We send it to the heated oven up to 180 degrees for about 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
Potatoes should brown, become golden and be soft inside.
You can sprinkle potatoes with greens before serving.
