Ingredients
1. Potatoes 4 pcs.
2. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
3. Salt
FOR TARTAR SAUCE:
1. Sour cream 100g.
2. Common mustard 1 tsp.
3. Lemon juice 1/2 tsp.
Pickled cucumber 1 pc.
5. A pinch of turmeric
6. Onion 1/2 pc.
7. Greens
Wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush, brush with oil, wrap in foil and bake in the oven until soft.
For the tartar sauce, chop the onion and finely chop the pickle.
Add the onion and cucumber to the sour cream, add salt, pepper, mustard, lemon juice and turmeric to taste and stir. Allow the sauce to infuse for 30-40 minutes.
Cut hot potatoes into pieces and with a fork crush flesh. Pour the tartar sauce in the middle and sprinkle chopped herbs.
