How to make perch ceviche - step by step recipe:
Cut perch fillets into small pieces.
Dice the bell peppers.
Carefully remove the seeds from the hot peppers and shred them.
Cut the red onion into half rings.
Chop the garlic with a press or knife.
Finely chop the greens.
Mix all the ingredients of the dish ceviche, pour the juice of lemons and limes (oranges), salt and pepper.
Leave in the fridge for an hour.
Place in a dish or portion plates and serve.
