Recipe for the most delicious Ukrainian borscht

Cooking instructions

35 minutes

1. Boil the chicken for 20 minutes in salted water, remove from the water.

2. Grate the beet on a fine grater, fry for about 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Place in water.

3. 10 minutes, add peeled, diced potatoes.

4. After 5 minutes add peeled carrots and onions, previously fried in oil.

5. At the end lay out the tomato paste, chicken meat, add the pepper, herbs. All mix well and leave on the fire for a couple of minutes.
