Chicken wings cooked in a pan with this recipe turn out very tasty. Glaze of light beer with soy sauce, sugar, ginger and cinnamon, in which the wings are fried, soaks them, covers a thin layer, gives a caramel color, pleasant aroma and nothing comparable sweet and salty taste. These fried wings go off like seeds!
Ingredients (for 3 servings)
Chicken wings - 1 kg (10 pieces).
White beer - 200 ml
Soy sauce - 50 ml
Sunflower oil - 30 ml
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Ground ginger - 0,5 tsp.
Cinnamon ground - 0.5 tsp.
Sesame - 0,5 tbsp.
Green onions (to serve, optional) - 1-2 sprigs
