Recipe Pickled cauliflower with beets and carrots

This appetizing appetizer of cauliflower, beets and carrots adds variety and bright colors to the menu. Pickling with beets and carrots gives the cauliflower a colorful look, and sweet and sour marinade with garlic and spices - juicy and tangy taste.

 

Ingredients (per 1 serving)

Cauliflower - 1,2 kg

Beet - 230 g

Carrots - 140 g

Fresh parsley - 1 sprig

Water - 1 l

Vegetable oil - 100 ml

9 % vinegar - 100 ml

Sugar - 40 gr

Salt - 40 gr

Garlic - 35 g

Bay leaf - 4 pcs.

Pepper and allspice - 1 tbsp

Cloves - 2-3 pcs.
