Removing Your Car Tint

It may be that your car has a tint for so long that you are already tired of it. Or, perhaps, the tint of your car is already peeling off at the edges you would rather have everything removed than letting it stay that way. Try to bring your car to a specialist and ask them to remove the tint of your car. Usually, they asked you to pay more than you expected.

In fact, prices can range from $ 50 to $ 100. In particular, they say that removing the car tint will be a daunting task, remembering that they will be making sure that your car windows do not get scratched. However, by simply knowing what kind of things to do and how to do it, you may also be able to save some extra money for some trivial matters.

The process is simple. You need a sharp razor, a clean rug, and an all-purpose spray cleaner. You could also try using other solvents that can work well to remove any kind of adhesive but be gentle on your car window and paint. Once you have all of these, start the process by grabbing the corner of the window tint film using a razor. Remember that a car tint is not something that is painted on the glass of your window. It is a thin film specially designed for your window.

Once you have successfully captured the film, remove the film. When the film is out, spray the cleaner on the glass. Then, return the film to the window and let it sit there for about 15 to 20 minutes. After that, remove the film again. Sprinkle on an additional cleaning machine in glass and use a razor to wipe any film residue and any adhesive. Once you have done that, wipe the glass clean using your rug.

On the other hand, if you think this is not your type of work and you feel like you are damaging your window, you can look at a local repair shop that offers such a window removal service. However, just remember that you will have to spend a lot of money to do a simple task like removing the tint film.
