Chicken egg - 3 pcs.
Hard cheese - 100 gr
Mayonnaise (TM "Maheev" with lemon juice) - 150 g
Stuffing
Ground beef - 300 g
Onions - 1 pc
Chicken egg - 1 pc
Black pepper (to taste)
Recipe "Roll for dinner".
Prepare our roll. First, we grate the cheese on a fine (or medium) grater. It is desirable to choose a variety of less salty (I took the usual "Russian").
Add eggs. Let's mix it up.
Add mayonnaise and mix everything well.
Pour the cheese and egg mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten out, baking it into a rectangular shape. Put it in an oven heated to 180-200 degrees for 15 minutes.
While our roll is cooking, let's make the stuffing. The stuffing (I have pork + beef) I already had ready, the meat was ground with onions.
If minced meat without onions, it must be pre-fried and added to the stuffing.
So, in the mince add the egg and mix well.
Salt and pepper (you can use spice to your taste) to taste. Our stuffing is ready.
Take out our roll, let cool a little.
Then spread our stuffing (minced meat) and distribute it evenly all over the roll.
And roll up, removing the paper at the same time. We put the roll on a baking tray and send it to the oven heated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Take out the ready roll and put it on a dish. The roll has an amazingly crispy crust with a tender stuffing!
Cut into portions and serve.
