Salad with ham and cucumbers

This is the kind of salad we should get at the end.

For this salad we will need these products.

Ingredients for the salad "Tenderness" with ham and cucumbers

I cut the ham in thin slices (I leave 2 thin slices of ham to decorate the salad).

Slice the ham.

I also slice the fresh cucumber into thin slices.

Slice cucumbers.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Grate the cheese.

Boiled eggs I peel from the shell, grate on a coarse grater (I leave a few cuts or slices of egg for decoration).

Grate the eggs

In a bowl I combine the ham, cucumber, cheese, eggs, salt the salad to taste.

Combine salad ingredients

I mix the ingredients and place in the bowl in which the salad will be served. In the middle of the salad, I make a small depression.

Put the lettuce in the salad bowl.

Mesh the mayonnaise and cover the salad.

Drizzle with mayonnaise.

From thin slices of ham I roll up a rose, I put it in a hollow in the salad. I decorate the salad with egg slices and greens.
