The new year is approaching, and I would like to share with you a recipe for a salad that invariably becomes the "highlight" of the New Year's table in our family. The salad is very tender and delicious!!! So, "New Year Salad" or, as my friends and relatives call it, "Paphos Salad from Irina" ))))
Yes, the salad is very solemn indeed, and the combination of red noble fish and caviar makes this salad unique and original. I will definitely make it for the New Year's table.
Light salted salmon 300 gr.
Red salmon caviar 140 g.
Egg 8 pcs.
Boiled rice 3 tbsp.
Onions 1 pc. (small)
Parsley 1 bunch
Mayonnaise 300 gr.
Preparation: Boil the eggs, peel and cut into small cubes.
Onion and herbs finely chop.
Cut salmon into small strips.
All ingredients are mixed and dressed with mayonnaise.
