Samsung Galaxy M52 5G -the most powerful 5G smartphone of the Galaxy M series

Samsung Galaxy M52 5G -

Samsung India has recently launched Samsung Galaxy M52 5G, the most powerful 5G smartphone of the Galaxy M series in the Indian market.

The Samsung Galaxy M52 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 778G processor, which is built on the 6nm process, although it is not the first phone in India to have the Snapdragon 778G processor.

Smartphones like Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE, iQOO Z5 5G and Motorola Edge 20 are present in the Indian market with Snapdragon 778G.

Generally, Snapdragon series processors are rarely seen in Samsung's smartphones.

11 bands of 5G have been given in Galaxy M52 5G.

There is a claim of better 5G speed regarding these bands, but in the absence of 5G network in the country, nothing can be said about it.

The price of 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage of Galaxy M52 5G is Rs 29,999, while the price of 128 GB storage with 8 GB RAM has been kept at Rs 31,999.

Let's know in the review how is the most powerful smartphone of Samsung's M series?

Samsung Galaxy M52 5G Review: Design

In terms of design, this time the Galaxy M52 5G has matched Samsung's midrange phone.

Galaxy M52 5G is a very slim phone.

There is glass on the back panel.

The frame is of plastic.

The rear camera bump is also not high.

There is a Type-C port at the bottom for charging, while the 3.5mm headphone jack has been removed.

The SIM card tray is placed on the top left, while the power and volume buttons have been found on the left.

The fingerprint sensor has been given in the power button itself, that is, it is a phone with a side mounted fingerprint sensor.

The Galaxy M52 5G slips a lot from the hand.

In such a situation, we would advise you to use it along with the cover.

The back panel is quite reflective.

The cover will not be found in the box with the phone.

The overall look of Galaxy M52 5G is premium.

The total weight of the phone is 173 grams.

Samsung Galaxy M52 5G Review: Display

The phone has a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels.

The refresh rate of the display is 120Hz and Gorilla Glass 5 has been given for protection. The touch of the display is great.

There are many smartphones in the market in the range of Samsung Galaxy M52 5G, some of which we have also used but the smoothness and touch of the display of Samsung Galaxy M52 5G is not in any.

Generally speaking, the display of Samsung Galaxy M52 5G is like butter.

The display is excellent for watching videos, gaming and multitasking.

Samsung Galaxy M52 5G Review: Camera

This new Samsung phone has a triple rear camera setup in which the primary lens is 64 megapixels and its aperture is f / 1.8.

The second lens in the phone is of 12 megapixels, which is ultra wide.

And the third lens is of 5 megapixels.

A 32-megapixel front camera has been given in the phone for selfie.

The camera setup of Galaxy M52 5G is good.

You can click great pictures in daylight.

The depth of field of the rear camera is commendable.

The primary lens manages the background blur well even after portrait mode is turned off.

During the review, we were able to click good pictures with the primary lens as compared to the macro mode.

The phone has a 5-megapixel macro lens, but this lens is weaker than Xiaomi's 5-megapixel lens.

When wide angle is turned on, the colors of the photo change.

The picture below is of the primary lens and not the macro lens.

Camera colors are good. 10X zoom is available with Galaxy M52 5G.

Night mode is average.

In low light, the camera is a bit irritating and clicks noisy pictures.

Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) is available with the camera for videography.

You can also record 4K videos with the Galaxy M52 5G.

On the front, a 32-megapixel camera has been given, which clicks selfies with good and detail.

The portrait mode of the front is good.

Samsung Galaxy M52 5G Review: Performance

The phone has an octa-core Snapdragon 778G processor.

The phone has 128 GB of storage with 6 GB of RAM.

There is also a facility of RAM expansion up to 4 GB with the phone.

Samsung Galaxy M52 5G has Android based One UI 3.1.

The Snapdragon 778G processor given in the phone handles multi-tasking and gaming comfortably.

The optimization of OneUI 3.1 is good, which helps a lot in better performance.

Even after continuous use for 15 days, we did not get any complaints of hang in the phone nor did the phone get hot during heavy use.

There are many bloatware available in the phone, which you can delete according to your need.

With high frame rate and medium graphics, you can play games like Call of Duty and PUBG's new avatar Battleground Mobile India comfortably.

The phone does get a bit hot after playing games for a long time, though there is no need to worry about it.

Calling, connectivity and speakers are good, though speaker volume is a bit low.

Samsung Galaxy M52 5G Review: Battery

For connectivity, this Samsung phone has 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5, GPS / A-GPS, NFC and USB Type-C port.

The phone has a side mounted fingerprint sensor.

It has a 5000mAh battery that supports 25W charging, although like every time, this time it has disappointed with the 15w charger in the box.

It takes a long time to charge with a 15w charger.

It takes 2 hours 15 minutes to fully charge the Samsung Galaxy M52 5G with the charger found in the box with the phone.

Battery backup is good.

In daily use, you will get the backup of the whole day comfortably.
