New microSD cards from Samsung are now available. EVO Plus and PRO Plus models, which will primarily find use in storing high-quality photos on mobile devices, as well as in drones or sports cameras.
The new memory cards from Samsung boast a very high resistance to external factors - the manufacturer guarantees that they will be resistant to water, extreme temperatures, ultraviolet radiation, magnetic fields or falls from great heights. In addition, we can also count on a long ten-year manufacturer's warranty.
The new cards are designed primarily to increase the memory of mobile devices, but also to store 4K video and high-quality photos taken with devices such as sports cameras or drones.
The PRO Plus line of media offers very good read and write performance - the speeds achieved by the cards are 120 MB/s and 160 MB/s, respectively. In this case, you can count on the capacity: 128GB, 256GB and 512GB.
EVO Plus models are designed for slightly less demanding users - the transfer parameters here do not exceed 130 MB/s. The capacities of these cards are very similar, with one exception - an even smaller version, which allows storing 64 GB of data, is also available for sale.
