You will need:
1 kg of pork
2 bell peppers of different colors
1 bunch of parsley
100 g mayonnaise
ground red and black pepper
salt to taste
For 3-4 servings
Cut the pork into pieces and put it into a saucepan.
Peel the onion, cut it into half rings, mix it with the meat.
Wash and dry parsley, then chop it, add it to the meat and onion. Put mayonnaise, ground pepper and salt in a saucepan. Marinate for 1 hour. Peel peppers from stalks and seeds, cut flesh into squares.
Thread meat on skewers, alternating with pieces of pepper.
Roast the meat on an open fire until ready, turning it constantly.
Serve the shashlik with parsley greens.
