Marinade with mustard and tomato paste
Ingredients:
Mustard - 1 tsp;
Tomato paste - 1 tsp;
Corn starch - 1 tsp;
Egg - 1 tbsp;
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp;
Salt and spices - to taste.
In a deep bowl beat the egg and beat it with a fork. Add mustard, tomato paste and pour in the starch. Stir until smooth. Pour in vegetable oil, add salt and spices. You can marinate not only pork, but also beef, chicken or turkey.
Shish kebab in soy sauce
You will need:
Soy sauce - 1/3 cup;
Onion - 1 pc;
Salt and spices - to taste.
Cut the onion into half rings, put it in a deep bowl. Add salt, spices and soy sauce. Stir and add meat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Marinade with ayran
You will need:
Ayran - 1.5 cups;
Salt and spices - to taste.
Wash and dry meat, cut into portions. Add salt, pepper and mix. Pour in ayran. Marinate the meat all night.
Honey marinade
Ingredients:
Honey - 1 tbsp;
Mustard in grains - 1 tbsp;
Salt and spices - to taste.
This marinade is ideal for both pork and chicken. Combine liquid honey with mustard, salt and pepper. Stir and spread it over the meat. Marinate for at least 2-3 hours.
Shish kebab with mayonnaise
You will need:
Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp;
Mustard - 1 tbsp;
Salt and pepper - to taste.
Combine mustard with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix until homogeneous. Put marinade to preliminary prepared meat and leave for 3-4 hours in the fridge.
Spicy marinade with ajika
Ingredients:
Ajika - 1.5 tbsp;
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp;
Mustard - 1 tsp;
Water - 100 ml;
Salt and spices - to taste.
To prepare the marinade combine adjika with mustard, salt and pepper. Add tomato paste and add mineral water to make it more homogeneous. Marinate the meat for about 4-5 hours before cooking.
Lemon marinade
You will need:
Lemon - 1 pc;
Mustard - 1 tsp;
Mayonnaise or sour cream - 1 tsp;
Salt and spices - to taste.
Squeeze the juice of a lemon, combine with mustard. Add a spoonful of sour cream or mayonnaise, salt and spices. Mix and add marinade to prepared meat. Marinate 3-4 hours in the fridge.
Tender marinade with sour cream
Ingredients:
Sour cream - 1 cup;
Onion - 1-2 pcs;
Salt and spices - to taste.
Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings. Combine with sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir and send to the meat. Allow to marinade for couple of hours.
Shish kebab with apple cider vinegar
You will need:
Onion - 1 pc;
Apple cider vinegar - 6 tbsp;
Water - 6 tbsp;
Salt and spices - to taste.
In a bowl for marinating, pour the vinegar and water, add chopped onions and put the meat. Salt and add spices, mix. Leave the meat in the fridge overnight, so that it can soak in properly.
