》cut into pieces 2 liters of water 2 scallions,

15 cloves/55 gr garlic 5 hazelnuts 3cm ginger 1/2 tsp ground pepper "Sugar "Salt Spices: 2 stalks lemongrass geprek Half thumb geprek galangal 5 lime leaves 1 chicken block stock Pinch of fried garlic, squeezed
Complementary : Boiled duck eggs soun, Sprouts Celery, cut into 2 Onion, cut into 2 Chilli sauce Lime, cut into 2 Fried onion. Cracked Powder: 1.5 tbsp fried garlic 5 large fried prawn crackers *Blender until it becomes powder How to make: 1. Boil water 2. Add chicken, spring onions & celery 3. After boiling for a while, add salt. Cook until the chicken is tender 4. Saute ground spices, lemongrass, galangal & lime leaves with tsp cooking oil until the spices are really fragrant & ripe. If it still smells bad, it's a sign that it's not ripe yet 5. Put the spices into the chicken stew 6. Let it boil for a while, remove the chicken shredded, set aside 7. Put the block broth into the gravy, stir, add fried garlic that has been squeezed, turn off the fire 8. How to serve: take a bowl, fill with rice, give vermicelli, sprouts, shredded chicken, boiled eggs, celery & leek. Soup with soto sauce, sprinkle with onions fried red, koyah, lime and chili sauce + soy sauce sweet + crackers if you like.
