Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Neil Patrick Harris, Alison Brie (Community), David Harbour (Stranger Things), Simu Liu (Shang-Chi), Kyle Chandler (Friday Night Lights), Lucy Liu (Charlie's Angels), Henry Golding (Crazy Rich Asians), Karen Fukuhara (The Boys), and George Takei (Star Trek) are among the English voice cast, with Temuera Morrison reprising his Star Wars role as Boba Fett.

The highly anticipated Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels TV series to get an original Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series have received their own branded comics, although the only way you can get them is through print and digital releases. Meanwhile, a new trailer and additional photos have been shared by a fan via /Film, teasing the new series. Let's start with the trailer, and just to say that I have never been a fan of an animated series. Animated shows in general haven't always captivated me. The Disney XD Star Wars animated series was so bad that I felt ashamed that I was a fan of the Star Wars franchise, despite liking the movies and the old TV shows.

As the voice cast sings the famous lines and phrases from the original trilogy, they're accompanied by clips from the scenes themselves. The Sith Apprentice goes toe-to-toe with Darth Vader. A split-second of young Leia flying her X-wing through space is followed by the shot of her character in the new trailer, wearing more clothes, and looking younger. The exact moment Darth Vader lands the Emperor's ship is sandwiched between the events of "Binary Sunset" and "The Empire Strikes Back." The trailer opens with Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader riding to battle in the Death Star. One of the imperial guards whistles and remarks, "A new Darth is born," and then Palpatine responds with, "Tread carefully, my apprentice.
