Succinic Acid for Plants

A salesman at a flower store once talked me into buying succinic acid, saying that it is an amazing stimulant for plant growth and that it is impossible to go overboard with it.

At home, I diluted 1 g of powder in 5 liters of water, watered and sprayed the solution all the plants at home.

The result was amazing! And it became noticeable after a week:

Maranthas released new leaves and shoots.

Berries and begonias liked fertilizer: the ever-flowering, for example, gave 4 powerful lateral shoots at once, increased flowering.

Pandanus got new leaves not only on top, but also from under the leaves of the first, second and third rows.

Aglaonemas produced new leaves, some gave off offspring.

Tangerine cuttings, ficuses, chlorophytums, peperomiums, alocasia, singoniums, oleanders gave good leaf growth.

Opuntia .

It first bristled with prickles and then released 12 lateral segments.

A long-not-rooted cuttings of Portulacaria africana produced 2 lateral shoots.

Dekabristus, agave, Ach-rysonum liked this "treat", leaf growth of thick-stemmed worms and cresses revived noticeably.

Separately, I want to tell about the use of succinic acid for cacti and succulents. I did not expect them to grow quickly, but was very surprised when a month later Haworthia released immediately 10 offspring.

The cacti were also happy.

However, repeatedly apply amber acid to cacti and succulents, I do not advise: it can be the opposite reaction.

Apply the fertilizer once or repeat it no more than once every 2 years.

Properties of amber acid for plants

Due to the excellent natural utilization of succinic acid in nature, it does not pollute the environment. This is why (and not only) it is often used for plants as well.

It is an excellent regulator of plant growth, improves the assimilation of substances from the soil, and helps plants to cope with various kinds of stresses.

Amber acid normalizes the natural microflora of the soil, the activity of microorganisms in it.

Treatment of plants with acid increases resistance to adverse environmental influences.

Its application in relation to certain parts of plants, respectively, stimulates growth: treatment of roots - growth of roots, young shoots - growth of new shoots.

Amber acid is an excellent reanimator for plants.

Seeds and cuttings of various plants are treated with it before planting to improve germination and stability.

Dosage of amber acid

To make working solutions for spraying and soaking, 1 g of succinic acid should be dissolved in a small amount of warm water. We make a strong solution of succinic acid.

The volume of the solution is then brought to 1 liter with cold water. That is, it turns out a solution of 1 g per 1 liter - a one percent solution.

Next, to get 0.02% solution of succinic acid, you need to dilute 200 ml of one percent solution with cold water to 1 liter.

To obtain a 0.05% solution, 500 ml of strong solution is diluted with cold water to 1 liter.

Amber acid is also useful for people.Amber acid stabilizes the nervous system, improves functioning of kidneys and intestines. It is used for stresses, as well as anti-inflammatory and anti-toxic agents.

Also for the treatment of anemia, sciatica, chronic heart disease, vascular disease, atherosclerosis and after a heart attack.

Also perfectly neutralizes alcohol in the blood. Simply take a glass of water with half a teaspoon of amber acid diluted in it in the morning after a feast, and you will immediately feel relief.
