1 egg
Sugar - 150g + 1,5 tbsp.
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
300 gr Flour
250 gr Milk -
Lenten butter
50 gr. (normal unflavored vegetable oil will do)
Berries (currants
cherries
Cherries, whatever you have on hand)
How to cook
They say even fruit is good (but I personally have not tried it with fruit yet).
We take a bowl and beat 1 egg, add 150 gr. of sugar and beat with a spoon until white.
We add 50 grams of butter and beat it again.
Now add 250 ml of milk, and once again beat with a spoon or whisk.
Add 300 g of flour and 1 tsp of baking powder.
Knead everything well, so there are no lumps.
Pour the dough into forms (pans).
If the form is silicone or covered with baking paper, you do not even need to grease it, if not - grease it with butter and dust it with a little flour or breadcrumbs.
Now we place berries on our semi-liquid batter, slightly melting them.
Of course, remove pips from cherries and cherries.
Sprinkle sugar on top, about 1-1.5 tbsp. and send it to the oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes, but still refer to your oven.
Take out and cut into pieces.
These pictures are a variant of the pie with red currant + black currant + wild strawberries filling.
Bon appetit!
