Tasty cake cooking recipe


Chicken egg - 2 pcs. ( 120 g )

Sugar - 110 g

Wheat flour - 145 g

Baking powder - 0,5 tsp.

Condensed milk boiled - 2/3 of jar

Sugar powder - as desired

The cooking process:

This is probably the easiest brownie I've ever made. It's so good that I

want to share the recipe. The biscuits are not moist, but at the same time they are not dry

at all. Soft, and in combination with the cream - well, very tasty.

So far I've only made Lakomka cake with boiled condensed milk, but I'm planning to experiment

with cream, I think chocolate paste would be perfect.

On the second day, the brownie becomes even tastier.

Measure all the ingredients on a scale.

Combine the eggs and sugar, stir. Place in water bath. Stir with a whisk until.

The sugar dissolves completely.

Beat with a mixer, the mass should turn white and increase in volume.

Mix in the flour and baking powder.

In several steps, pour flour into egg mixture, beating well each time. It turns out a thick dough.

Using a pastry bag or spoon, place the pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Place the pastry in a preheated 190 degrees oven. Bake

The pastries bake very quickly, just beginning to brown - take them out at once. It took me about 6 minutes.

Spread condensed milk generously on the cooled biscuit.

Cover with the second biscuit. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
