Tender cherry muffins

These muffins won't do any harm to your figure. These muffins are made with only the "right" foods, which are not calorie-dense and can be eaten as a snack as well as in the morning tea and coffee. In addition, these muffins can be consumed as a snack, as well as with your morning tea and coffee.

  Ingredients:

  Eggs 2 pcs.

  1% milk 50ml

  Cherries 300g

  Oat flakes 100g

  Baking powder 1/2 tsp.

  Soda 1/3 tsp.

  Sweetener to taste

  Preheat oven to 180°C.

  Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

  Fill the moulds halfway with batter (the muffins will rise very high).

  Place a cherry on top of each muffin, hollowing it out slightly. Bake for about 20 minutes, then allow to cool slightly.
