Tender turkey with creamy cheese sauce


turkey filet

600 g

blue cheese

150 g

11% cream

200 ml

vegetable oil

20 ml

ground black pepper

Cut the cheese into small pieces, put it in a saucepan, heat on a low heat until melted, pour in the cream and stir, remove from the stove.

Cut the turkey into pieces about 2 cm thick, fry on all sides until golden, season with pepper, salt, stir-fry the turkey filet until tender.




Serve the meat with rice or vegetables, hot and topped with the sauce.
