Tenderness Cupcakes


Wheat flour / Flour - 200 g

Pudding (any, I have vanilla, 1 bag) - 37 g

Leavening Agent - 3 tsp.

Sugar - 150 gr

Milk - 100 gr

Chicken egg (medium) - 3 pcs.

Butter (soft or margarine) - 200 g

Vanilla sugar - 1 package

                         The recipe for "Tender Muffins".

This is the kind of pudding I have! :-) I'll tell you right away, you can use any kind - raspberry, chocolate - the taste and color will only win! :-)

All very easy and fast!!!

Mix the pudding with the flour and baking powder and sift through a sieve.

Add the rest of the ingredients...

... Mix with a mixer for about 2 minutes until all the lumps disappear.

Place the dough in the molds. If the molds are iron, oil them and sprinkle with flour. If silicone, you do not need to grease. Although I am somehow afraid to take the risk and still grease them out of old habit :-D.

Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 25 minutes!

Well, it's done! Quick, easy, and how delicious!!! They are so tender and spongy inside without the slightest bit of sugary flavor! :-)

I also want to note that once I bought new molds and re-cooked a bunch of different cupcakes, I noticed that they still taste better the next day, like gingerbread! They have a completely different, richer flavor the next day!
