This refreshing berry breakfast smoothie is loaded with vitamins and organic acids. Chia seeds make it very nourishing, saturating the body with fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, calcium and other beneficial elements.
1. Berry mix (raspberries, blueberries, blueberries, strawberries)1 cup
2. Pomegranate juice without sugar1/2 cup
3. Water1/2 cup
4. Chia seeds1/2 tbsp.
1. Squeeze out the pomegranate juice (or use the prepared pomegranate juice).
2. Prepare the berries (you can use frozen berries).
3. Whisk all the ingredients in a blender.
