Ingredients for the cookies
Oat flakes

Baking powder

Ground cinnamon
1-2 tsp.
Ground nutmeg

White sugar

Brown sugar

Raisins

Vegetable oil

Ingredients for the icing
Powdered sugar
220 г
Milk
1½ tbsp
Water
1 tbsp.
Preparation

Grind oatmeal in a blender. Mix with flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.

With a mixer, beat the softened butter and both kinds of sugar. You should get a fluffy mass.
3․
One at a time, add the eggs and continue beating.
4․
Pour the flour into the mixture in batches, beating until smooth. Then add the raisins, and stir to distribute them evenly.
5․
Grease the baking tray with vegetable oil.
6․
Take a tablespoon of dough, roll into a ball and flatten with your hands to form cookies. Place on a baking tray. Shape all the cookies in the same way.
7․
Bake for about 12-15 minutes at 180°C. Cool the finished cookies.
8․
Mix powder with milk and warm water. Gently dip each cookie into the icing, place on a flat surface and leave until the icing has set.
