Apple pie is a delicious and truly autumnal pastry that tends to appear on tables during the fresh apple harvest and the long winter days. Soft, airy and delicate pie with a rich apple filling and subtle flavor will please everyone without exception and become a favorite dessert.
Apples: 5 pieces.
Sugar: 100 gr
Wheat flour: 200 gr
Eggs: 3 pcs.
Baking powder: 1.5 tsp.
Vanilla: 1 tsp.
Instructions for preparation:
In a bowl beat the eggs and using a mixer beat them until they become foamy.
Add the vanilla, the baking powder and the butter. Whisk again.
Then add sugar and continue beating.
Then add flour and beat with a mixer again.
The dough is ready. The consistency of the dough should be similar to a very thick sour cream.
Peel apples from seeds and skin. Cut the apples into small pieces.
Gently mix them into the batter.
Grease a baking dish (the recipe photo uses a container with a diameter of 24 cm) with a small piece of butter and sprinkle with flour. Spread the dough out, distributing it evenly. Garnish the top with apple slices, if desired. Put in the oven and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
After the specified time, the apple pie is ready.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
