The first feature of the iPhone 16 has been named.
iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max will get dual-cut displays
Apple will add a front camera built under the screen no earlier than 2023. This was reported on his Twitter by well-known insider Ross Young.
Earlier in the social networks there was a rumor that the iPhone 14 will have a camera embedded in the screen - so Apple may abandon the cutout in the front panel. Ross Young expressed doubt that this option will be present in smartphones in 2022.
The author believes that the sub-screen camera will appear in Apple devices no earlier than 2023 - along with the release of the iPhone 15. There is also a possibility that the feature will be delayed until the release of the iPhone 16 and 2024.
On his Twitter, Ross Young said that in 2022, two Apple devices will receive a perforation in the display, which will replace the "monobrow". This design element is expected in the premium devices, the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max. "This concept will be unique to Apple," the specialist concluded.
Insiders believe Apple will release four flagship smartphones in 2022 - the iPhone 14, 14 Max, 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max. An iPhone 14 mini model is not expected to be released.
Earlier this year, insider LeaksApplePro revealed that Apple's flagships will cost more than the devices released in 2021. For example, the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will start at $1,100 and $1,200, respectively.
