London: A new controversy has arisen in Britain regarding the Kohinoor diamond. 

The new Queen Camilla will be crowned next year after the death of Queen Elizabeth II. 

According to reports, Buckingham Palace does not want any new controversy over the Kohinoor diamond due to "political sensitivity" as there has been a long-standing debate over its ownership. 

So it is possible that Camilla will not be crowned with the Kohinoor at her coronation. 

According to reports, the Kohinoor diamond, which originated in India, has been a part of the Crown Jewels since 150 years. 

After the death of Elizabeth II, the demand for its return has started rising once again.

Till now it was believed that she might wear the Kohinoor crown at the coronation of Queen Camilla to be held next year. 

But this can be changed due to diplomatic relations with India and possible opposition. 

The Telegraph Royal Family, quoting a source, claimed that until recently, there was no controversy over the diamond. 

But the royal family has been advised to 'move with the times'.

The Queen of Britain, afraid of the opposition of Indians on Kohinoor, will not wear the crown of the precious diamond on the coronation!

 

Why is there so much tension in the royal family about the diamond?

 

According to the report, Jyoti Atwal, Associate Professor at Jawaharlal Nehru University explained its importance. 

"It was the biggest sign of Britain's victory over the subcontinent and since India's independence in 1947, there have been calls to bring it back," he said. 

He said that it has always been at the center of political compensation and bringing back Indian pride and removing the stains of history.

Then what will Queen Camilla wear?

 

According to reports coming from inside the royal family, the new king is extremely sensitive to such issues in the present times and there is an atmosphere of 'political sensitivity' in the Palace regarding the Kohinoor and especially with respect to India. 

If the Queen Consort does not wear the Kohinoor crown, she has the option of wearing the crown of Queen Elizabeth during the coronation. 

This is the most effective and simplest option. 

This diamond is considered cursed for men in the royal family and it is believed that the male member of the royal family who wears it starts his bad days.
