The lightest 5G smartphone is on sale now

At the end of last month, Sharp unveiled the Aquos Zero6 smartphone. As of today, the novelty is available in Japan. The smartphone is positioned as the lightest device with 5G support and a screen over 6 inches - 146 grams. Aquos Zero6 comes in three colors: black, white and purple. The cost of the gadget is $615. 

 

Aquos Zero6 is encased in a magnesium alloy body and has a 6.40-inch OLED touchscreen display with a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 240 Hz. The performance of the gadget is provided by an 8-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor in tandem with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of built-in UFS 2.2 memory, expandable up to 1TB.

 

On the back of the device is a triple main camera with sensors:

 

48MP main module (f/1.8);

8 Megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor with a 120º field of view;

8 megapixel telephoto lens.

 

The resolution of the selfie camera is 12.6 megapixels.

 

For the autonomy of the smartphone is responsible battery capacity of 4010 mAh with fast charging. A full charge takes 2 hours and 10 minutes. Also worth noting is the degree of protection IP68/IPX5, the presence of fingerprint scanner under the screen and support for USB Power Delivery. Sharp Aquos Zero6 runs Android 11.
