The market is ripe for explosive growth. Which crypto Trend will be next.

To understand the situation on the market, you need to figure out — what about bitcoin? The short-term trend for BTC is definitely upward, but it is opposed by a medium-term downward trend. The older the trend, the stronger it is.

To reverse the medium—term downtrend, bitcoin needs to break above $ 52 thousand, and even better - to test $ 60 thousand.

In my opinion, the crypto market is almost ripe for a new explosive growth. Data from analytical on-chain metrics suggests that no one wants to sell BTC below $ 40 thousand. As soon as bitcoin reaches important support levels around $40,000, investors quickly come to life and redeem the drawdown.

Cryptocurrencies, such as bitcoin or Ethereum, are themselves super-risky assets because they are very volatile and unpredictable. Risky assets, such as stocks, ETFs or indices, are not very popular in the current economic and political conditions. Investors do not want to take on additional risks of a potential collapse.

If bitcoin can still be considered as an alternative asset, then NFT or other very young areas are being excluded from portfolios as quickly as possible. Preference is given to those assets that can really protect capital from everything that happens around: these are precious metals, bonds and other less risky instruments.

The most interesting areas now are Metaverse and Web 3.0. Against the background of all global problems, people are trying to push the Internet to evolve, make it more free and decentralized. The most prominent representatives are the Sandbox, Decentraland and Axie Infinity projects among the metaverses, and among Web3 are Filecoin, Chainlink and Polkadot. In my opinion, these are the projects that will become giants and old-timers in their areas.

At the same time, it should be borne in mind that absolutely any tokens can show explosive growth. All assets are subject to pumps, without exceptions. A vivid example of this is the growth of shares of GameStop, AMC and others supported by the WSB movement.

I would recommend using the approach of a venture investor, rather than impulsive and emotional purchases. Try to choose leaders in your direction, the most promising and "heavy" projects that have already proved the need of the industry for their solutions. Projects with an extensive user base, strategic partners and, of course, attention from large venture funds. I would highlight, as before, Uniswap, Chainlink, 1inch, Filecoin, Sandbox, Chiliz, Near, Matic, Polkadot and Litecoin.

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future price dynamics. Investments involve the risk of losing all investments. The success of past investments does not mean success in the future.
