It is based on experience of other and I also. The first time you decide to work in the government, either casual or job order or for a permanent position, it doesn't matter as long as when you are going to apply at the City Halls, Capitols, reality is you should bring your parent/s that is one of their requirements. Second is you are an eligible voter in that place. As long as you are very much willing to support that incumbent official then you are in. Eligibility is not important for them .
So if you want to apply for a position in the Philippine government withoout this so called "BACKER" then you are in the not priority applicant.That is the reality here in the Philippines especially in the provinces.What is your stand about this? Let me know what is your opinion about this isue.
