INGREDIENTS
bananas 2 pcs.
butter 200g
sugar 200 g
4 eggs
flour 200g
baking powder 1/2 tbsp
mascarpone cheese 200 g
lemon juice 4 tbsp.
strawberries 1 kg
vanilla sugar 2 tbsp.
cake jelly 2 pcs.
fennel 100 g
STEP BY STEP RECIPE
Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. prepare the baking paper, greasing it with butter.
Step 2.
Peel 1 banana and mash it with sugar, butter, lemon juice and eggs in a bowl. Mix in the flour, ground hazelnuts and baking powder. Spread the resulting batter on a mold and place in a bake for 15 minutes. Afterwards, take out the cake and allow to cool slightly.
Step 3
Rinse, peel and slice the banana and strawberries. Add the lemon juice to them so that they absorb it.
Step 4
For the cream: Mix the mascarpone with the vanilla sugar and lemon juice using a mixer.
Step 5.
Spread the cream over the pie. Place sliced strawberries and banana on top. Mix the cake jelly with the sugar and water. Pour this mixture over the top of the cake.
Step 6
Allow it to set.
