Method of preparation:

Combine all the dry ingredients. Separately beat the egg and milk.

Gradually add the egg and milk mixture to the flour. Beat the dough until homogeneous and add melted butter.
3.
Grease a heated frying pan with butter and bake the pancakes over medium heat, about the size of pancakes. Serve with fresh berries or yogurt.
