Ingredients Flour - 1 tbsp. Starch - 0,5 tbsp. Chicken egg - 3-4 pcs. Sugar - 1 tbsp. Apples - 0,8-1 kg Baking powder - 1 sachet Raisins - 50-60 gr. Cinnamon - to taste Vegetable oil - 100-120 ml Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons. Nuts or pumpkin seeds - 30-40 gr Vanilla sugar - 1 package.
Method Slice the fruit - peel the apples from the middles and skin. Cut small apples into 4 pieces, large apples into 8 pieces. Sift the flour and mix well with the starch and baking powder. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the whites into a froth, gradually adding 1/2 cup sugar. Stir the egg yolks with the remaining sugar, add the vegetable oil and half the beaten egg whites. Pour it all into the flour mixture and knead thoroughly. At the very end, add the remaining egg whites.
Again, very carefully bring everything until homogeneous. The ready dough will turn out quite liquid. Knead from bottom to top to prevent egg whites from settling. Line a baking dish with oiled parchment paper. Pour the cake batter onto the baking sheet. Sprinkle raisins and cinnamon on top. Spread the filling - slices of apples or other fruit - very thickly over the entire surface of the sheet. Put the sheet into an oven preheated to 180º C for 40-50 minutes. Wait until the pie crust is lightly browned and nearly brown.
Cool the finished pie, remove from the paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar and vanilla and, if desired, chopped nuts and pumpkin seeds.
