Top 10 most unhealthy foods

Even children are now aware of the importance of good nutrition. But theoretical knowledge is one thing, and practical knowledge is quite another. In fact, not everyone eats food prepared only from natural products. It's better to remove harmful products, which will be described below, from your diet, or at least reduce it to a minimum.

We all know that quite often junk food is very tasty and filling. Some people wonder why this is the case. Doctors explain this by the fact that the human body gets used to unhealthy food quite quickly. The studies that have been carried out suggest that unhealthy products for humans include a certain chemical composition, which forces them to consume in large quantities.

There is even a scientific name for the erroneous feeling of hunger that causes people to consume large quantities of dangerous food - "hedonic hyperphagia. This sensation causes people to start eating only to enjoy the process of ingesting large quantities of carbohydrates and fats, rather than to eliminate hunger. It takes long and careful work to change bad eating habits. But first we need to get to know our main adversary, the 10 unhealthy foods for the human body and immune system.

Fast Food

These foods include hamburgers, instant noodles, French fries and any other "fast" food. Foods in this category satiate and satisfy hunger quickly enough, although this feeling is short-lived. In addition, it is not very expensive in price and can be bought at every step.

In such food products, which are called "fast food", there are flavor enhancers - not without the well-known monosodium glutamate E-621. This chemical compound can enrich the taste of any dish, it is not prohibited by law, but has a very bad effect on human health and well-being. The main harm of this E additive is that it provokes a rapid addiction. For people who eat mostly fast food, normal products do not seem so tasty, in other words "nothing". This flavor enhancer has a negative effect on the human nervous system.

French fries are quite harmful even without the presence of glutamate. French fries themselves are a very caloric dish with a large number of carbohydrates and fats. The lipids it contains are the very trans fats that are the main culprits of the following human diseases:

Diabetes mellitus.

Atherosclerosis

Weight gain

High blood pressure.

Heart attack

Heart attack

Stroke

Neuropathy

Scientists have proven that trans fats provoke genetic changes in cells that can lead to cancer. The harm of fried potatoes is also exacerbated by the fact that canteens cook them in oil that has already been repeatedly used in cooking. This cooking of potatoes makes them a very dangerous carcinogen.

Chips and Crisps

Chips contain the above mentioned E-621, salt and many other chemical additives in large quantities. This product is basically a far cry from the real potatoes from which it is supposed to be made. Chips are made from starch, flour and flavorings that give the chips different flavors: bacon, cheese, crabs, etc.

Eating chips and crisps all the time is a direct road to gastritis, ulcers, perhaps even stomach cancer. The components in these foods irritate the mucous membranes of the stomach and lead to inevitable mutations at the cellular level.

Mayonnaise and ketchup

Mayonnaise is a product that is also rich in huge amounts of trans fats. Food rich in mayonnaise has a very negative effect on the blood vessels. The consumption of food heavily seasoned with mayonnaise makes the walls of the blood vessels less pliable. As a result, diseases such as hypertension and atherosclerosis arise, and they can lead to much more dire consequences. The harm of mayonnaise is amplified by the presence of preservatives and various flavor stabilizers in it.

Ketchup is also bad for human health. Ketchup, which is plentiful on store shelves, in fact, only in small quantities contains real tomatoes, but in excess filled with all kinds of dyes, flavors and other chemical
