Restaurant Magazine presented The World's 50 Best Restaurants ranking of the world's best restaurants for 2021. More than 900 international restaurant industry experts exchanged their opinions over a long period of time. After the votes were tallied, it was finally announced which restaurant was honored as "best" in 2021.
After three years of unchallenged leadership of Danish Noma, the honorable first place was given to the restaurant with three Michelin stars - El Celler de Can Roca, which is in the north of the Catalan city of Girona. The remaining positions of the list are divided between no less worthy establishments.
