A year after Tesla's ability to play games to drivers while driving, the US government has decided to be concerned. The announcement comes just 24 hours after The New York Times reported on the problem.

Games in the car operate on the OS' system of trust in the driver. For example, when you start Solitaire, a pop-up message warns you that the game while driving is for passengers only. Anyone can then press play. The system does nothing to verify the person playing.
Earlier, Ilon Musk said that in the future, when cars are driven by autopilots, passengers will need more entertainment while on the road.
