Sharbat of melon and ginger
Sharbat is a traditional Middle Eastern drink made from fruit juice and sugar with the addition of spices.

What you need:
1-1.2 kg melon
juice of 3 big oranges
juice of half a lemon
6-7 cm of fresh ginger root
1 tbsp. sugar
seeds of a quarter of a vanilla pod
mint leaves for serving
What to do:
1. peel the ginger and finely chop it. Remove the seeds and skin from the melon. Chop the pulp into chunks and put them in the bowl of a blender.
2. Add the orange juice, vanilla, ginger and sugar. Blend until smooth.
3. Taste and season the drink with lemon juice. Serve in glasses with plenty of crushed ice and garnish with mint leaves.
Melon and watermelon in chocolate
Such "skewers" are very delicious served not only with chocolate, but also with natural yogurt.

What you need:
500 g each of melon and watermelon pulp
300g of milk chocolate
50-60g cream with 30-38% fat content
Strawberries and pitted grapes
What to do:
Cut the watermelon and melon into 2x2 cm cubes. Blot them with paper towels and put them on wooden skewers 2-3 at a time, alternating them. Then string strawberries or grapes.
Break the chocolate into equal slices. Melt in a steam bath or in a microwave. Add the cream, stir until smooth and remove from the heat.
3. Pour the fruit scallions over the melted chocolate and serve immediately with the remaining chocolate.

What you need:
1 kg of watermelon pulp
juice of 3 limes
2 to 3 tablespoons sugar
3 cm of fresh ginger root
Fine sugar and orange zest for decoration
What to do:
1. Cut the flesh of the watermelon into equal medium sized cubes, remove the seeds. Peel and chop the ginger.
2. In a blender, whisk the watermelon with the rest of the ingredients until smooth. If foamy, remove it.
3. 3. Spoon the mixture into the candy molds. It is best to use a spherical shape. Place in freezer for 6-8 hours.
4. Finely grind the sugar in a mortar with the orange zest. Take the candy out of the molds and dip in the orange sugar. Serve immediately.
Refreshing watermelon "pizza"
A beautiful gourmet watermelon dessert that is very easy to make.

6-8 servings, cooking: 20 minutes
What you need:
1 medium round watermelon with thin rind, about 3 lbs.
100 g each of strawberries and small fresh berries
200 g pineapple flesh
3 tbsp almond petals
2-3 tbsp liquid honey
The juice and zest of half a lime
What to do:
1. Toast the almond petals in a dry pan until golden. Leave to cool completely.
2. slice the watermelon into 2 cm round slices. Plate and slice in sections like a pizza. Cut the pineapple into small cubes.
3. Place the berries and pineapple on top of the watermelon. Drizzle with honey and lime juice mixture. Sprinkle with almonds and serve at once.
