Today we are all struggling with unemployment, by all of us I mean unemployed youth. Truth be told, it is like a virus which, if not treated, will continue to spread. There are two main reasons for increasing unemployment- 1. Population growth and 2. Education system. If we talk about population growth, it has not stopped, because I do not know, but even today people are troubled by the sentence "we two, our two". Sometimes in the desire of the boy and sometimes in the desire of the girl, it increases like this, my friends. The income may be less, but there is no hesitation in increasing the population.
On the other hand, our education system has also played an important role in increasing unemployment. In most of the education system, instead of imparting practical, practical knowledge or skills, there is only paper study, and it is surprising when English temper is added to it. Even today, even the basic of English is not taught properly in schools in many small towns or villages and for this all those teachers are responsible who neither know the right way to read nor have deep knowledge of the subject. Responsible for this is also the policy of our government, without knowing whether he is able to understand and explain to the students or not?, Why a student is not understanding, is able to analyze it or not, explain do you have - In-depth knowledge of method and subject? Without knowing all these things, it does the recruitment of teachers only through examination. Well, there is no fault of such teachers, because when there is a flood of unemployment, we have to do the work in which we do not want to do. On one hand government job or government job exam or private sector, where English is necessary, on the other hand it is said that Hindi is our mother tongue. While on one hand the priority of English is increasing in every field, on the other hand the standard of teaching in small town or village schools is declining, be it English or any other subject. Because today, education means job or business. Unless teachers are recruited whose aim is to give good education to children and not only to become teachers to get jobs, and unless government schools in small villages are taught English speaking, listening and comprehension skills Is. Same level as Hindi. Till then, unemployment and wandering youth will continue to rise. Therefore, appropriate and strict steps should be taken by the government to stop the population growth to eliminate unemployment. On the other hand, the emphasis should be on children's skills and practical knowledge from the very beginning of schooling of children, while reducing the weight of children's bags. Because when India learns skills along with studies, only then India will grow! Also in the recruitment of proper teachers because only when good teachers will be recruited, then the children will move forward quickly!
